Who We Are

Leo Jean-Baptiste, Realtor on Facebook is now Curb + Key Realty. Although by definition, Curb + Key Realty is a real estate team in the Tampa Bay area, Leo Jean-Baptiste created the business with much more in mind than just selling houses or handling property for sale.



“We’re launching this team to offer something a little different to the real estate buyer and seller,” Leo says.



How does Leo plan to ensure a property buying and selling experience for his clients unlike anything else? The Curb + Key mission, “to provide the level of service and professionalism we would expect if we were in the process of buying or selling a home,” begins to capture a glimpse of the brand’s beliefs.



Curb + Key is focused on forming relationships with clients, rather than what’s being put in their pockets. With the idea that a client well-served will have the biggest impact on business, The Curb + Key realtors commit themselves to form bonds with clients and lifelong relationships.



“We want to be the realty group that takes care of you through various home-owning and renting stages,” Leo explains. “We want to help whatever phase of the buying cycle you’re in—we’re not looking at the one transaction.”

Key Cares - Education

“We see ourselves as more of an assistant or help to make the process go right,” Leo elaborates. “A lot of people don’t know what to expect, so they take whatever they can get.”



To ensure clients stay as well-informed as possible, Leo and his team regularly publish new blogs and videos about the buying and selling processes to the Curb + Key site. Additionally, the team holds quarterly workshops for those who are considering buying or selling a property but have not yet made any moves, and they provide a buyer’s guide on request.



Key Cares - Community

With a love for Tampa Bay and the community, Curb + Key strive to give back at every opportunity.



“We are not like other teams we want to make a positive impact in the communities we serve every day in addition to our bi-annual Key Cares event,” Leo says.



Because of this, Leo launched the community portion of the Key Cares initiative. As part of this endeavor, the realty group adopts a classroom in the Tampa Bay area for every house one of their realtors sell. Adopting a classroom in the area allows the Curb + Key Realty group to financially assist with supplying school necessities and supplies that teachers would otherwise need to pay for out of their own pockets.
